Who is TEAM?

Around the world, countless communities still wait for someone to tell them about Jesus in places with little or no access to the Gospel. By walking closely with churches and caring for workers, TEAM helps establish and sustain missional churches and communities of faith that endure long after workers return home. As workers invest deeply in relationships and disciple others, new communities of faith begin to grow, thrive, and multiply. We invite you to pray, give, send, or go, advancing the Gospel of Christ in ways that transform lives for generations to come.

Opportunities in cross-cultural missions are more diverse than ever before — and they’re still growing. TEAM offers a variety of ministry roles and lengths of service. Best of all, we’ll support you all along the way.

    1 on 1 Coaching

    Your missions coach is your personal guide to becoming a missionary. You get to ask all your questions about TEAM — and Christian missions in general. We’ll ask you about your passions, skills, and how you serve in ministry right now. As you consider your options, we’ll give you the lowdown on TEAM’s mission work in relevant parts of the world, and help you determine next steps.

    In-depth Training

    Our Member Care team creates personalized care plans to help each missionary thrive. From day one, your member care coordinator will work to learn your needs. TEAM also provides pre-departure mentoring, on-field language and cultural education, and financial guidance. From the day you sign up with TEAM, we’re here to support you and your family however we can.

    We believe the Gospel of Christ, and communities formed by that Gospel, are the hope of the world. That’s why church ministry is at the core of every TEAM missionary’s work — whether they spend their days running a medical hospital or filling traditional church roles as pastors or counselors.
